Reservations and pre-order


If you want to buy an Arrelart product that we do not have yet in the warehouse and we have an arrival date, you can buy it without problems.


How to make the reservation or pre-order

1- In the product we will show you the date of entry into the warehouse and the remaining time for us to have it in Stock

2- We will notify in the shopping cart if any product of the list is in pre-order or reservation.

3- Make the payment with accepted forms of payment for reservations, the payment will be for the total order.

4- Confirm the order and you will receive an email with the order confirmation or reservation.

We will inform you of the product booked when it arrives at our facilities and we will check that the product does not have any manufacturing defect or damage due to transportation.

We will call you to confirm that you still want the product and we will do the paperwork to send you the product.

If the product you do not want, we have

Reservation cancellation policies

  • The reservation is maintained until the day of arrival of the product.
  • The cancellation of the reservation must be made within 10 days of the arrival of the product to our facilities.
  • The cancellation of the reservation once these 10 days have passed or once the product has arrived at our facilities has a penalty of 5% of the cost of the product.
  • The full cost of the product will be returned if the product arrives at our facilities with manufacturing defects or transportation damage.
  • Once the product is accepted, the return policies will be the same as for the products we have in stock.
